The problem

Exporting rarely stalls at the plant. It stalls in the conversation.

You depend on a single destination — and found out the day the tariff changed.
The European buyer replied in German and the email sat unanswered for three weeks.
The Mercosur–EU agreement took effect and nobody in the company read the schedule for your tariff line.
The trade fair is in March and there is still no meeting agenda in place.

How I work

Three steps, no bureaucracy

01

First conversation

Thirty minutes, free of charge, to understand the problem, the market involved and the deadline.

02

A clear proposal

Scope, deliverables, schedule and a fixed price within two business days.

03

Delivery and follow-up

The report, document or negotiation carried through to the end, with one round of revisions included.

About

Who you are hiring

I am Herculano Pelição Batista, holder of a BA in International Relations from Universidade Vila Velha (UVV) in Espírito Santo, Brazil, awarded in January 2026. I work where languages, international politics and business meet: I read the external environment, translate what it means for your organisation and handle the conversation with the other side.

I work independently and you deal with me directly — no account layer in between. Engagements have a fixed scope and no retainer requirement.

Straight answers

What you are going to ask

You graduated recently. Why would I hire you?
I graduated in January 2026 and I do not sell experience I do not have. I sell four foreign languages, primary-source research and direct contact with no account layer in between. The first engagement has fixed scope and a short deadline precisely so you can judge at low risk — and the briefing published on this site shows the standard of delivery before any contract.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope. A target-market briefing runs from R$ 1,800 to R$ 3,500 with a ten-business-day deadline. Support at a fair or negotiation runs from R$ 900 to R$ 1,500 per day, plus expenses agreed in advance. The price is fixed in the proposal — I do not work on open hours.
Do you handle customs clearance?
No. Operational foreign trade — duties, tariff classification, licensing bodies — is a customs broker's work, and I will refer one. I handle the layer before that: market intelligence, regulatory reading and the conversation with the other side.
Do you do sworn translation?
No. Sworn translation in Brazil requires a public examination and registration with the state commercial board. I do technical and institutional translation — contracts, proposals, decks, websites — and refer a licensed professional when the document needs public faith.
Do you work outside Brazil?
Yes. The work is remote by nature and my time zone is GMT−3. On site for fairs, missions and meetings, in Brazil or abroad, with the day rate and expenses agreed beforehand.
